Aluminum vs Flexible Curtain Tracks

Aluminum Curtain Tracks:

Modular by nature: The aluminum track we provide is custom-made to your specification and is made from extruded aluminum. It comes straight or bent, bends are available in 45 and 90-degree sections depending on track style.
Easy Installation: Do-it-yourself-friendly; if necessary just cut with a hacksaw to size. Made to install directly into a ceiling or wall-mounted application.
Smooth Gliding: The hardware is made up of carriers that are doubled-wheeled, they will not bind up when pulled around corners.
Heavy Duty: They are the commercial standard for hospitals, laboratories, and studios worldwide.
Durable: The industry standard for over 40 years, used in hospitals, labs, and commercial applications worldwide.

Flexible Curtain Tracks:

Modular by nature: American Track Supply flexible track can also be made to your specifications. Perfect for odd radius needs, multiple bends, or when you have a long length but do not want to use a splice.
Easy Installation: Do-it-yourself-friendly; if necessary just cut with a hacksaw to size. Made to install directly into a ceiling or wall-mounted application.
Highly Flexible: Bends to any angle to fit the layout and shape of curvature.
Smooth Gliding: Carries substantial load-bearing capacity.
Durable: Steel core design; made with exceptional-quality materials.
Easy to Handle and Store: Transportable or store-able in rolls.

Our Blackout Curtains fabrics are all 100% blackout. Each of our carefully selected fabrics is commercial grade and passes the NFPA 701 Small Scale Fire Test, a commercial standard and of the most stringent in the industry of which a flameproof certificate can be obtained by request.

Textron Black/Black:

This beautiful fabric generates completely blackout conditions and has a nice weight and drape; 100% Polyester.

Robyn Black/White:

For outer-facing windows where heat gain is an issue or flip the curtain around when you want a second color option; 100% Polyester.

Robyn White/White:

In applications where black will not work, this is the best white option on the market; 70% Polyester/30% Cotton

Staphcheck Black/Black:

Our performance fabric. Made of industrial vinyl fabric. Staphcheck is not only blackout, it is stain and odor resistant and has built-in antimicrobial fabric protection.

All: Measure for your track in inches and 1/8 inch fractions.
Style 1: Side A from left to right.
Styles 2, 3, 5, and 6: Begin with side A, then work your way around to side B recording as you go.
Style 4: Begin with side A, then work your way around to sides B and C recording as you go.
Style 7: Begin with side A, then work your way around to sides B, C, and D recording as you go.
